Footage shows illuminated drones lighting up the night sky with messages welcoming BTS’s global fanbase, known as ARMY, alongside images inspired by both the group and the city of Busan.

ARMY Members Share Excitement

“I made the entire way from Seoul to Busan to enjoy the concert because I’m so happy that they are finally back together and they released this amazing album,” said Marila, a member of the BTS ARMY fanbase.

Another fan, Joy, said she and her friends rushed across the city to make it in time for the display.

“The ticket I got is for tomorrow and I’m really excited to watch them live, especially it’s their 13th year anniversary tomorrow and it’s a very special concert. So everyone is looking forward to it, we are so excited,” she added.

Citywide Celebrations Underway

The drone show is one of several events organised by the city ahead of BTS’s concerts on June 12 and 13.
