US President Donald Trump admitted posting an AI-generated image of himself in which he appeared to be laying his hands on a sick person in a hospital bed to heal them.
The image sparked a backlash among American Christians, with many arguing that Trump had depicted himself as a Christ-like figure. However, hours later, Trump deleted the picture.

“I did post it,” Trump said, adding, “I thought it was me as the doctor and had to do with Red Cross.”
He said: “It’s supposed to be me as a doctor making people better. And I do make people better. I make people a lot better.”
The post came in the aftermath of Trump criticising Pope Leo, who has condemned the war in Iran since it began. “Pope Leo is WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy,” he wrote on Truth Social.
