A brief clip recorded in one of the streets in Paris has gone viral after Blackpink member Jennie Kim has requested fans to grant her some personal space.
The video went viral and began a debate among the fans and viewers all over the globe. There are those who were sympathetic to the singer, and those who were wondering about her response during the incident.
The incident is said to have occurred on March 9 when Jennie was walking along the city when she was on a visit to Paris. The short video was posted in a celebrity update account where the singer was moving among a group of people who had surrounded her.
Lots of fans seemed to be thrilled to get in front of the international celebrity and started yelling at her when taking pictures with their cell phones.
Crowded Street Encounter
Jennie is shown in the video dressed up in a fashionable manner as he strolls slowly by the street. Various fans complimented on her clothes and inquired about her stay in the city. The crowd however became larger quickly and people started getting closer to her.
This began to appear awkward as the crowd approached her. Her manager attempted to make the crowd calm down and requested fans to provide the singer with more space. He proposed that when she signed autographs she should be left to go away in peace.
Jennie also addressed the crowd in a composed manner. She said to ask whether she could have some time to herself that day. The singer said that the scenario was getting stressful as an increasing number of people crowded to see her.
A Polite Request
Nevertheless, Jennie managed to pause to sign some autographs to the fans who were standing close to her. Nevertheless, she politely refused to take pictures and said that she required some space. At a certain point she reminded the crowd of their promise when they promised them to withdraw.
Her manager also kept pushing her through the crowd and was attempting to keep the singer and people around her apart as much as possible.

The clip has started to go viral immediately on social media as it has been shared widely soon after it was posted online. The video caused a very powerful impact on the viewers that had various opinions about the moment.
Critics said that the celebrities must always be thankful to the fans and their attention should be always welcome, especially in open places. Other fans were wondering how the singer managed to approach the situation with respect since she was signing autographs despite the fact that she looked fatigued.
