In Kuala Lumpur, a customer has complained that her package was broken by a courier who is reported to have thrown the parcel on her during delivery.
There was a distinct sign on the parcel which indicated that it was fragile, yet it did not come in whole. The case acquired publicity soon when she uploaded a short video on the internet.

The woman in the video that was hosted on Threads indicated that she heard the sound of glass shattering as the parcel was tossed. A huge fragile sticker was on the box. To her, the delivery man played around with the package although they were fragile goods. Upon opening the box she shattered all the 18 plates.
Video Spreads Quickly Online.
The video went viral. It horrified a number of individuals to witness the way the parcel was handled. The video captured the time when the box was thrown and one could hear the sound of cracking inside.
The post has been highly shared within hours and it initiated a debate on the way delivery corporations handle delicate items.

Other users were also concerned with the safety of shipments done by courier services of fragile or expensive products. The case was a subject of conversation, particularly among the small business owners and online shoppers who usually depend on the delivery companies.
Company Reacts By Apologizing.
Then the woman was able to update. According to her, the courier company had approached her. The company expressed its apologies over the incident and assured to look into the case. They equally refunded her the damaged goods.
In her post, she stated that the company will consider its staff training and enhance the quality of services. She affirmed that she was going to be paid and she was going to provide a full list of damaged or lost packages. She has also clarified that the video was not a component of any marketing strategy.

The woman also said that she could remove the post in the future by stating that the issue was being addressed. Nevertheless, this situation already attracted the increased attention to the necessity to handle the parcels with care. It is the eyes of many people on how the company will enhance its delivery process following this incident.
