It looks like it will be another delay for Vijay’s swansong, “Jana Nayagan,” which is already a month late of its original release date.

The movie, which was rumored to have a February release following its conflict with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), was revealed to be possibly postponed to late April or even later than that.
The news came from York Cinemas, the Canadian distributor of the movie, telling cinemagoers, “Dear Patrons, please note that the movie Jana Nayagan will not be released before April 30th.”

No official release date has been confirmed for the time being.
The H. Vinoth film recently received permission from the Madras High Court to withdraw its legal petition against the CBFC, and will now go back to the said Board for the movie to get a new content suitability certificate.
